• A Project Initiation Document, explaining the project objectives and desired outcomes in more detail will be prepared for each project and is subject to review and agreement.
    
• Client/Lease Management and Site Procurement Agreement and a Client/Project Management Agreement will be prepared for signature prior to commencement.
